I'm done with MSFT as of today. I agree that it's a very undervalued company right now, but our Friendly Government has a way of making undervalued companies that it doesn't like even more undervalued (see also MO). MSFT will no doubt pop 20 points when the case is resolved almost regardless of how it is resolved, but even from that point there should be plenty of upside left, and in the meantime I feel my money is better used elsewhere.
