Thinking of the recent Sufi shrine bombing in Pakistan...Cyrus the Great, Alexander the Great established fairly secure worlds 2500yrs ago, where 80% of the wisdom originally came from and this is the real truth . The tragedy of such events is not the lack of reporting but no one willing to do a full analysis of such medieval belief systems in the aftermath, even if it means facing up to expose the flaws, warpings & obvious detrimental aspects of what is not, and never was an infallible divine written scripture, but all borrowed & man made.
There was a time when Philosophy was vital & valued had a very high purpose, even one of the highest spiritual paths, like Science, Art & Music. But in age of mass consumerism, convenience, robotics AI, where cars will drive themselves, we find history(real) is not studied but ignored. Now it is replaced by these planted alternative facts. What is the take from this, we/they or anyone hasn't a clue WTF is happening and the next crash will be like the last, they didn't see it coming.
EG: one of the most humanistic & pretty passages in the Koran, we find taken from the Talmud written easily 300yrs earlier, our reason is consumed by apologetics and making up alternative facts, sadly history its constant study & analysis ignored.
"For this reason was man created alone, to teach thee that whosever destroys a single soul of Israel [of Israel is absent in some texts], scripture imputes (guilt) to him as though he had Destroyed a Complete World; and whosever preserves a single soul of Israel, scripture ascribes (merit) to him as though he had Preserved a Complete World [since all mankind originated from one man].
