Saul, I would like to know why before I go through the process. I am not really joking, something does not compute, we are within a month of what is supposed to be a great announcement and I see no sign of serious accumulation in the stock. This is very unusual and if someone has a rational explanation, I would like to discuss it without bravado. Zeev
