Paul,

Commissions are cheap in retrospect to the dead money, or worse, a situation
that may not develope. I am not saying that WCCI won't develope, but it looks like a very long time in coming.

The money might be better used somewhere else in the mean time.

Could this issue go to $10?...I guess anything is possible.
