To vedia, and all TC2000 ver 4.0 users: this might save you a call to Worden's tech support. I received my ver 4.0 only a few days ago, and had trouble making a connection for data downloads. Apparently there is already a new upgrade to take care of some possible bugs in the new program. After talking with Worden's tech support, here's how to get all the latest upgrades. Go into the TC2000 directory and look for a file called "TC2000VersionUpgrade.exe". Make a shortcut for it, or double clik on it, and you'll be connected to Worden for downloading the upgrade (first make sure all programs are closed except for the modem connection). I was told they will continually be making upgrades, so this is the way to get the latest. I created a shortcut to make access easy. Hope this helps. BTW, ver 4.0 is great! Ice
