I think many people are missing the point here, and I say, what else is new.

FROM THE GET GO, it was clear to anyone with an IQ over 50 and more than 5 minutes in this game, that FastScam was just that. Is this board filled with people who pay retail?

Pre-announce you are going to post a stock at a certain time, find a low float , low volume piece of garbage, and write up some boilerplate puff piece. Then you quietly accumulate 15 or 20 thousand shares or more, to sell into the frenzy. Yes, the pinheads that place market orders on these deserve no mercy. But, that has nothing to do with my desire that these very obvious frauds be squashed.

If you allow blatent fraud, then it becomes that much more difficult to prosecute subtle fraud. Then YOU , the market wise veteran, are eligible to get scammed as well.

This particular band of thieves operated for months and must have done this at least half a dozen times. Five too many for my taste.
