And if the clip is modified to only accept 7 rounds it is legal again... so says the Great Goombah Cuomo......who pushed thru the legislation so fast nobody bothered to omit current and retired police officers from the same 7 round limit. Now he's scrambling to FIX" things as we can't allow criminals to have more firepower than the police........but the average law abiding citizen trying to protect his family......well 7 rounds will just have to do. ..........and what does the idiot combjelly think???
