It wasn't thought out at all. These things are just passed to please Obama and gang. For instance if they want to reform healthcare they can do it by regulation and not a sweeping bill that is designed to take over the entire system. Medicare is an example of a government program run amok. Why do they not attempt to regulate that properly first? lol Of course we know the answer. We have to convince people the entire system doesn't work. People also seem to be less aware that bot House and Senate provisions exempt the House , Senate and Administration and all federal employees from the new "program". So we would end up with an elite group of people in the Federal government who are the only people with a good healthcare system. Isn't that arrogant enough to wake people up on both sides of the aisle, rich and poor? irresponsible and poorly thought out
