Allen Furlan: Thanks,that's what I wanted to come back to follow up on. Looks like I was too slow :>( again :>( I'll track it; if it drops back to low 23 area with no news, I'll take a position if I can get it. Your IR contact says deal completion in June (from Mar. announcement). That seems optimistic to me. (But I'm no expert with these things.) I checked my Graham book again. Can't figure out what value investors call these type of deals. "Special Situations" or "workouts", I think. Paul.
