Thank you, Rita. The business plan is the first consideration. Since the company is making money five quarters in a roll; the lack of growth is more important. We agree that without growth, reduction of overhead now becomes more important. Gross margin maybe improved slightly with more efficiency. Then it is back to revenue growth, but an exponential earnings growth will be possible with the new revenue growth.
