The nutters who actively promote and support these scams, are as responsible for the success of stock fraud as are the con men who run the show.

I would just think of them as despicable trash if they were simply paid promoters. However, these folks are morons with a psychiatric problem that compels them to convince others to donate their savings to the crooks. They are even worse in my eyes. They voluntarily and willfully cause financial harm to others only because of their extreme stupidity and poor mental health.
