Daniel, FWIW, I have been having a problem for 10 days. Called my ISP last week and they said part of the backbone was down. When it went back up (5 days later) SI was still slow. My ISP said it was SI's fault. Today I could not access my ISP, called and was told they were installing a new Cache (something)because of the backbone change. They just got back on line and low and behold SI is like a race car. Jim
