To suggest that somehow she should have predicted he was going to go nuts and start killing kids is ridiculous. She may have thought he had problems but I seriously doubt she could have envisioned this kind of behavior from him. The kid was unbalanced.......so much so she had to pull him out of school. For God's sakes, use your damn brains for once. Clearly, she didn't.
