Rene: I think there is a variety of reasons why the stock is down. The one I "like" the most is an annual early-mid April dip that I believe I see on a 5-year chart. Or is it just wishful thinking and bad eyesight? If the stock does not move up next week (post option expiration), I'll be concerned.
