I am trying to put together a jumping off point for all poeple interested in investing in
Zulu-tek, formerly Netmaster Group. This stock has the potential to be a 100 bagger, and
even more over a period of five years. But again, I want you to know that my opinion is a
little biased towards Zulu-tek because I have been an investor in this stock since the end
of October/beginning of November.

I have put together a list of the pros and cons of this company, and frequently asked
questions of what I know and don't know. I have looked in my emails and have pulled
information from other investors. So, here goes.

1) What is the amount of outstanding shares on this puppy?

ANSWER: stockinfo.standardpoor.com

That is the last known update, or at least that's what i understand. If I remember
correctly, this was up to date before the Softbank acquisition.

2)What's in store for the future?

ANSWER: A fellow investor said that he talked to Ron on the phone not too long ago.
Ron stated that there would not be any further dilution after Softbank. Also, the company
was getting rid of some of the top paid executives and it was a "house cleaning" of sorts. All in all, there is potential for the company to reach its goal of 300 million dollars revenue in 5 years.

3)What's up with the quiet period, and the fact that the IR has not been talking to
investors for a long time?

ANSWER: That, I cannot answer. It's a normal thing to go through a quiet period right
before financials are released. They might just be tired of listening to their investors. I
have no idea.

-Another part of the company that I have not been able to find that much on is NETZ-Autotrak, which recently merged with Automotive Technology Information Systems. ATIS was an Australian based company run by Mr. Ronald I. Meatchum. Mr. Meatchum was a top executive of BMW-Australia for a long time. The press release of the acquisition is biz.yahoo.com.

-On the other thread, our friend boogieman, did some research on Mr. Meatchum. The results of this research can be found at:

Their new website will be zulu-tek.com. I'm assuming that the release of this
website will coincide with the end of the quiet period.

I wish all the fellow investors of Zulu-tek success. With my years of web advertising
experience, I see the potential of this company and it scares me :o)
