I never thought that a strategic alliance with Universal Commerce was sufficient enough. The addition of e-Commerce Corp strengthens what I've always considered Zulu's weakest component. A brilliant move! But it's my guess that we still could see another acquisition(s). In particular, I'd look for Zulu to gobble up a company that has proprietary expertise at demographic targeting. This, in my opinion, would help solidify each of Zulu's three components. I'd love to see a comparative study relative to exactly what Zulu has and will offer and exactly what Doubleclick has and will offer. Would anyone care to begin the comparative?
