VTEL earnings late?

I just called VTEL automated line at 1-512-314-2700 Ext 2571.
It said that earnings for year end would be reported in
late September due to merger with CLIX (restating of numbers).

Does anyone know if VTEL will "stretch the quarter" or report those
earnings in August? I think August 15 was 3 months from last report.

Does the late reporting mean that they will have 3-4 more weeks of
earnings when they do report? Any comments anyone?
