well that seems to be par for the course for biotech mgmt. remember how sepracor management was going to exclude themselves from option repricing? I believe the after the fact number was $6.78 50% vesting within one year and the rest within 2 years. and how baxter management just awarded themselves huge option grants after the stock hit a multi year low. Until common shareholders get on the board or the sec gets involved this S**T is just going to keep happening.
