Looking at technical analysis, some will sell at the upper limits of the trading band--which is right now. However, others will actually buy (or hold) as the stock is breaking through the upper band on heavy volume--maybe some time next week.

Looking at fundamentals, VTSS has negative tension from decreased earnings growth (capacity has maxed out) and positive tension from the new capacity under construction. It is anybody's guess as to whether these factors will support higher prices. As we wait on the new capacity, any number of negatives could arise from the market, the sector, new technologies or bad company news.

I am betting that the stock will make a breakout and move to a higher trading range as it has been correcting/consolidating since late January. Also, small and mid cap stocks are heating up.

By the way, VTSS earned 12 cents this time last year. We will need 24 cents to remain in triple digit growth. Zack's research shows a consensus estimate of 22 cents.
