I could say its disingenuous on your part to assert its just me saying "there is no money in the stimulus plan directed for Katrina recovery." I posted from an AP article from yahoo news saying that explicitly:

Now I ask you, why is the Associated Press lying? If it is.

I could also say its disingenuous of you to pretend that if stimulus spending allocated to LA and neighboring states means that that spending ipso facto has something to do with Katrina recovery.

BTW whether or not governor's accept or reject stimulus spending is irrelevant to the question of whether any of it was dedicated to Katrina recovery in the first place.
