No, we don't need laws to meddle into business matters, a company has the right to do what it wants, it has ABSOLUTELY NO SOCIAL OBLIGATION other than abiding by the laws of the land, but the government CANNOT force a company to provide anything to their employees other than a wage for their services... if you're a shareholder, then you have a say, but if you're not a shareholder, then it's none of your business and none of the government's business... GZ
