HIO-- a month ago DELL was delying shipment due to the Sony DVD not being available for upto 6 weeks. MUEI and GTW recd a few of those orders as they were in stock there, possibly cpq recd a few top end orders because of it also. The earthquake is the excuse in place for a bad qtr when more than 1 part was not available for some time. BTO is much cheaper when everything goes right,, but once in awhile it bites back..
