I am mot surprised if this is true. I have seen this done before. I
will bet you $100, that RSI brokers sold yesterday. I have seen this
happen with many tech stocks. I have seen volume increase on a
particular day, and next day we see a downgrade or an estimate cut.
Wall Street has never WANTED to keep their analytical and trading
departments separate, and the objective always has been to make the
easy money. However, they are supposed to do that in light of what
they have told the SEC in the past, but they never do it, and get
away with it.

Go back and check the SEMI debacle last year and you will see this
phenomenon consistently. RSI probably will keep buying some more
over the next couple of days, and MOOSA will make more BULLISH comments
within the next month, stating new developments, etc., as the reason
for changing his rating. TOM KURLAK is perhaps the worst.
