My stomach and nerves have been calmed (ruined) by a mining stock I own. Last week 6-14 then in two days down to 8. Unfortunately no options available on it yet. I'm still at a great profit in it so far so just a loss of profit not capitol.

Thanks for the great thread. I might try to get 200 shares tomorrow to ride through earnings.
