If we legalize all Drugs, the profit within inner-city territories would dry up so that gangs would lose their source of profits, and thus, no longer be able to afford them guns, nor have much need for them anymore.

The right to bear arms could remain as many think it is and ought to be, and the bulk of the problem in our cities would be gone.

Todays drug users would go on using. Dealers, Pushers, Gangs, and etc. would no longer infiltrate our schools seeking profit by encouraging drug use. Long term, this alone would cause usage to remain level if not drop, and the streets would be far far safer to stroll along, day or night.
