You don't have to be an engineer or scientist to understand that you wouldn't manufacture bio weapons in a facility without walls....... But you would if you were manufacturing an explosive gas.... Powell saw and heard the Blix reports given to the UN.....he surely had a say as to what sites were inspected.... So quit the bull shit of hiding behind the "everyone had the same intelligence" unless you admit that that intelligence included the Blix reports....
