DVD to DHT...

I really meant digitally based (or as you say mpeg)

the digitally compressed DVD then briefly transmitted analog
to the digital display of DHT...
I don't believe there is component input but in instruction manual it says to keep projector box as future upgrades to hdtv are
expected...(probably a card).

It has s-video input but is currently recieves an analog signal...

With DVD I really tried to find anything wrong with picture..

To my view could not find any imperfections with DVD display...

I think one thing people will be finding with DLP based products is that each pixel is digitally controlled with a number for intensity of
color...

CRT and LCD displays use Horizontal lines that string together
many ,many pixels and don't have anywhere near the level
of detailed control over color...

It is really rather stunning.
