I think it's just another tax. If you can get people to agree to a
tax voluntarily, so much the better. Kinda like "do you want 3 (I
think that's what it is now) dollars to go to the Presidential
election fund". A tax by any other name...

The point, as the Good Father said so well, is that we are better
off with the creative energy of individuals applied in a way that
fully exploits their potential. The president of the U.S. should be
a president. Let someone else paint over graffiti.
