Check this out from Yahoo research page:

biz.yahoo.com

highlights:
* earnings per share growth rate: up 30% from 3rd to 4th qtr, up 200% from last year 4th qtr to this year.
* earnings surprise: 4th qtr earnings 23% higher than analysts predicted.
* All analysts covering TROY rate it a strong buy
* Industry ranking: number 1 out of 33
* PE 26.8% (note that yahoo has updated the PE on this research page, but it still has the old, much higher number on its main page)

Bottom line: TROY sells for a PE of 27, yet has a QUARTERLY earnings growth rate of 30%. AND, these number do not include revenue from the big deal to provide Ameritrade with secure e-checking, which happened after the quarter ended.
