"The SEC halt is certainly a validation of the ability of people like Mr. A@P to spin a good yarn to them to make them look into this thing " The SEC independently verifies allegations before EVER suspending. Then they halt and allow the company to try and squirm out of it. I have never seen them squirm that much. "We'll see where it shakes out, but I expect some superficial slap on the wrist and then one can only hope this one skies high based on the publicity and never allow one short to gain " Yes we will see and it is already too late to keep even one short from gaining. Some are already out. "Otherwise, I am dead wrong and was taken in like a dupe." Bingo. Welcome to the club. I have been where you are more than once. It happens. Get over it.
