it's a premium service E*Trade offers for free to active customers, meaning those who place more than 75 trades per quarter. you have streaming Level II quotes, technical charts, real-time intraday charts, streaming news, portfolios, etc. it's SO beautiful. have you ever seen a Bloomberg terminal? well, it's very much like it.
