In other words, Obama is using legalese to avoid answering the questions of elibibility to be the POTUS. In other words he is hiding behind motions that obscure his being required to produce the documents. Thus, with the use of legal language he is avoiding what Americans want to know. Where is the honor in this approach by Obama?
