GW has said he has made America safer, and expects to deliver a "Safer America.” Should another terrorist attack occur on our soil, there will be regular, John Q Citizens, second-guessing the strategies employed by the current administration; not just an ambitious Senator.

I remember during the build up to the war in Iraq, N. Korea was sending missiles over Japan. They were desperately seeking attention, trying to self-promote themselves as a worldly menace, but by our current measures they failed. However, if there is a terrorist looking for a quick ramp-up to nuclear power, N. Korea is now the likely shopping mall.
