Could someone please explain to me why MRVC needed to change their 4th Q report date frm 2/9 to 2/23. I just can not buy in to the idea the company needs more time to explain to shareholders the effects of xyplex. If I am spending $35milln I damn well better know what I am buying, and this I think is so, but what is happening behind the scenes for these next two weeks. I'm of the belief there is something major expected based on the runaway institutional volume on Weds last week. My bet is a major alliance. The companies business is in great shape and continues to drive forward with innovation. The additional sales force from Xypex should aid their expected drive in No. America in the enterprise areas. Their absorption of Fibronics and now the addition of xyplex should value the overall company much higher in the eyes of an acquirer. My take on the market is we are on a mini bull run with consistent volume over 600MM shares. Any thoughts?
