I said office 2000 because that is what I have installed, and just using word and paintbrush (with turning off draw opaque) and cut and paste, I get an exact alignment horizontally and vertically (except my pdf copy of that memo was rotated by a miniscule amount (1 pel per 25 chars or so). What I meant was that cbs should just get an intern to see how this MS word test can be done quickly on their side.

I did not type the whole thing in, only the letterhead and first line, but the spacing and text outline match there was dead on (granted the copy I started with was very bad quality with smeared text, but the spacing and outline matching exactly!? Come on now!).

I don't know if other versions of word will generate the same WYSYWYG, but I assume it will be the same.
