You have to be mentally impaired. People ask to donate, he directed them to the proper agency. The Red Cross is allowed to operate within the United States lol One hospital ship is more than enough. There are many qualified hospitals in the region. How about getting off your nonsense occasionally? The Federal Government is all over the disaster helping. Now to return to your analogy ....where the hell are the Germans, French, etc etc ? Your problem is you watch too much TV and draw your conclusion to match your hatred.
