Congradulations to Richard 'NET NANNY' Lee who's 71.5% was 48.2% or over $4,800 greater than his next rival (Barry).
Net Nanny (NNS) not only was the top contest pick at 381%, it was also the best LONE STAR pick (only Richard picked it). In my data base for this contest I have over 2100 Cdn listed stocks entered of which only 15 stocks had Q2 returns (Jun 30 vs. Mar 31) greater than 100%. NNS was not only the winner of the 2nd quarter contest stocks, but the highest pctg gainer of all 2100+ stocks in my data- base for the 2nd quarter.
The contest entrants actually picked 4 out of the 15 100%+ 2nd quarter stocks - NNS, KRY, LGS.A, EGG
The median entry (i.e. 202nd place) was -35%. Only 10 entries had positive returns. 69 entries had returns of negative 40% or worse.
