Mtn lady,

I try not to go into positions thinking they'll be daytrades, but with all this volatility, I often find the stock hits my "sell" point in a matter of hours, so I just take profits and rebuy the same option at the same price a little later. For me it's the only way I can keep my sanity at this point. <G>

And exercise is the best. I hired a personal trainer to kick my butt three times a week. It's helping with my trading "addiction" too.
