Mandalay Resources to grant stock options

MANDALAY RESOURCES CORPORATION - STOCK OPTIONS
Mandalay Resources will grant stock option agreements to its directors,
officers and employees to purchase up to 145,000 common shares of the
company, exercisable at the price of 12 cents per share for five years,
subject to regulatory approval.
