I read in the Financial Post that the company put in place a poison pill. Something about a shareholder rights option. Apparently the author said something about the company being ripe for takeover with a market cap of 10 million (is it really that low ??) and sales of over 40 million. Management seems to think that the share price is grossly undervalued. Someone or organization (I can't remember) owns 5% of the shares. Sorry, I threw away the paper but it was sometime last week. Hope it helps. I'm interested but it bothers me that the volume is very low. Regards (D.K.)
