Keep in mind that owning intcw gives you leverage on the downside just as it does on the upside.

In other words, you'll do better price percentage wise on a dollar move up in Intel stock; you will do worse on a dollar move down on Intel stock.

I may be wrong, but I believe that if you convert your intcw to common ownership, that you defer your cap gain or loss until a common sale is transacted. Let me know if anyone believes differently.
