Ram, As I stated on a previous post, I bought this stock on the basis that the first news release I read showed a company profit on a per share basis (albeit small) secondly an acquasition, thirdly a private placement. I expect there will be options granted shortly if they haven't done so already. Personally, I like taking a chance on revenue producing company's especially in this price range. Seems undervalued at this price point. Wish I had of bought it when I told one of my brokers about it at .26. He did and he's smilling now. But, I figure he now owes me one. I'm also hoping that Dave digs something up (as he said he was going to contact the company). ed
