Well, it looks like someone knew this news before it was made public after market today.....that's why it dipped to 9 5/8. I guess TRKN will be draggin for another 2 - 3 quaters right around where it closed today. There was a time when an industry slowdown was good for TRKN....gave them a chance to get their stuff out in front of the customers.....but now it seem the slowdown is going on longer than expected and this now gives others time to catch up to TRKN's technology. Also, their cash position was not an issue if the industry was to turn around in mid 1997 and they kept breaking even with maybe a small loss, but with TRKN predicting significant losses and no recovery till late 1997, I think their cash position could become an issue. The words "significant loss" used to describe this quarters EPS is enough to scare the Sh*t out of any investor. At this point the only hope is that the Flowfill technology gets some acceptance in the industry and some press......otherwise TRKN may not see double digits for quite awhile. dave
