Matt,

I'm sure there are several factors: good Q4 and 95 results, the
Telecom Bill, a couple of good press releases recently, recovery
of the price from the Dec/Jan downturn of tech stocks.......

However, if you look at Stratacom (STRM) (who are in a very similar
position to Cascade in as much as they supply the carriers with
Frame Relay today with ATM offerings now and into the future) then
why hasn't that stock gone up $20+ as well????

I guess if we had the answers we would all be making a killing!
