If anyone still has this thread bookmarked, here are some answers.

Financials and the full annual report are available at docdata.com. Revenue and earnings doubled from 1995 to 1997, and the UK acquisitions should boost this year's growth even more.

DOCDF also trades on the Dutch exchange (http://www.aex.nl).

Earlier this year, Citicorp bought 600,000 shares of the 7 million outstanding. See SEC filing.

I also bought a few. This company looks like a keeper if some buying volume comes back in. Solid base now around 30.
