No didn't catch it...have trouble getting CNBC - being in Australia is probably the reason ;)
Looking at the latest graphical update at
tfc-charts.w2d.com

it seems that last week the copper price went above the 9 day moving average for the first time (albeit briefly) in this 8 month bearish run, but it wasn't sustained. $0.70 now appears highly likely.
