CALGARY, ALBERTA - Sterne Stackhouse Inc. ("SSX:ASE") today announced its audited financial results for the years ended October 31, 1997 and October 31st, 1996. The company increased revenues for fiscal 1997 by 219% over 1996, from $0.503 million to $1.6 million. Earnings per share increased from $(0.05) per share to $0.02 per share.
