How low can the Telstra price go?

Currently below 1998 levels, and so many investors have large losses on paper even as another installment payment is due.

More losses are certain considering Telstra's money-losing track record in overseas ventures. The new management wants to boldly go into the China internet market , just when other companies like Softbank are deserting.

The float is fairly limited so far, while the Australian Govt holds the lion's share of the stock. But at any time, many shares could be offloaded into the market in a full privatisation.

too many risk factors, in my opinion
