I purchased a small amount of oaot at $5 and change this week. I exercised my rights, but this is my first purchase on the open market. I have a good feel for OAOT at this level, but then I have had a good feel for TESI for a few months now and have not been rewarded yet. I still really like TESI and have put significant [for me] funds to work.
