Hi there, ChickenLIPS . . . Thanks for the post. I have a few concerns which the other thread seems willing to blow off:

1- I ordered a case of product 4/29/98. Got email confirm: #718.
To date, I have not received the order.

2- Inquired via email 5/13 on status of order: no reply.

3- Inquired about distributorships: no reply.

4- AVBC does not file with the SEC - BUT, they do have a web site. It seems that they could post some info on the web site. I should not have to rummage through 4000 thread posts to find out who are the officers and directors and who owns how many shares.

5- There is a difference between investing and crap shooting. I enjoy a balance of the two. I understand your math and the risk/reward ratio.

6- I have emailed AVBC again, asking for some investor info. (Again, I should not have to get it from a thread.) Info is OFFERED on the web site. Quote: "For extensive investor relations information, or answers to direct questions, please send us an e-mail, and we'll respond as quickly as possible. EMAIL AQUA VIE .COM" We shall see.

7- Initally, internet marketing (paid-for sampling) seems to be a large component of their overall marketing effort (the ONLY component
we know of - do you know of other distribution?). Why are they unresponsive to concerned customers? (Like my emails??)

8- AVBC has great potential. The beverage market is staggering. Even a SMALL market penetration can bring big bucks. I will be satisfied to buy 20,000 shares @ $1.00 and get 10 bagger. I call it risk management, some call it cowardice and not "understanding" BB stocks. Whatever. . . (It's OK to be a Bull, it's OK to be a Bear, it's NOT OK to be a PIG.)

9- Here's something to pass the time while you wait for Antarctica to melt: forbes.com

Best Regards,

Ted Gay
